"Horrible customer service! The family that owns/runs the place are racist. Not sure why people keep spending their hard-earned money here. There are other local options. I know that they purposely keep their gas a couple cents cheaper than other stations in the area to reel you in. Like Stacey & a couple other reviewers suggested, boycott them. Spend the extra 50 cents on someone who appreciates your business."
"Cheap gas, right before a Target in Roslindale Square and across the street from the baseball field. Place is small and has atmosphere. Pop in from time to time to buy scratch tickets."
"Went to have my vehicle inspected. Had it inspected there the year prior and the year before that. I was turned away without even making it into the bay. The gentleman cited my vehicle as being "too loud" without even using the decibel machine to check how "loud" it was. When I told him "you inspected my car literally last year" he said "we don't inspect Subaru WRXs here" and walked away. Just a terrible lack of professionalism. Don't bother with this place."
"I do not recommend this site. It went to undergo an INSPECTION on 09/03/2022 and it did not go through a small bump in my f150 truck. I fixed it and I went today to undergo an inspection and when I left the man told me you have to pay 35 dollars, I tell him why if he comes two days ago and I'm supposed to have 60 days he told me I'm not going to remove the sticker I took it off and broke it and then he told me if you want Ispencion you have to pay 60 dollars 35 for the one that was broken and for the new inspection it's something crazy do not take your vehicle there"
"Luckily I have never personally had a terrible experience here but I 100% understand where the neighbors and fellow patrons are coming from. It is unacceptable to mistreat customers, regardless of race, and rather than apologize or acknowledge, continue to make excuses. The service here is never friendly and the woman in question does always seem to be in a bad mood. She never asks how you are or says thank you. I often went here to fill up since it is close to home and easier to access than the full service station a few blocks up. I can say, however, that I will not be spending another dime here and asking my family and friends to do the same. This is not a case of bad publicity or he-say-she-say. The owner is a part of the conversation that was had and I'm sure knows exactly what occurred on both occasions with her mother verbally abusing paying customers, including an 11 year old child, but rather than confronting the problem or apologizing/explaining continues with the same generic response about there being more positive than negatives. As far as both posts go & according to the commenters there are many, many, many negatives. One gentleman had his car broken into in the lot, awaiting service, and rather than notifying him the mechanic acting as if he didn't notice and assumed said patron was just "messy." That is pathetic"
