"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: the relatively new Barista Joel was very nonchalant, mediocre subpar when it came to customer service. Didn’t speak, and had an attitude and didn’t have a brain cell to give me a receipt. The manager Chance wasn’t far from the same, his response was “I’m sorry.” Definitely not the Starbucks service I’m used to getting. I’ll be reaching out to the District Manager for their input on their subpar employees who apparently don’t like their job. Not my problem."
"Sadly, I can no longer give my business to this location as they cannot be reliable enough to even open on time. I made a preorder at 6am, when they open, just to find the doors locked and lights off when I arrived 15 minutes later. They were refusing to let people it, meanwhile - there is a coffee and food item just sitting on the pickup counter. I was not able to get in contact with anyone who worked at this location, so I could not get a refund for my order. This is a common occurence for Starbucks locations in this area. Don't waste your time here."
"Dropped in to have breakfast and only at the end I was told that the toilette was out of order. Non even a 'sorry' for that. In addition the place was non that cleaned.....much worse than other Starbucks I was in :("
