And they've been with me through thick and thin whenever I'm having a bad day or the most amazing day in my life they have always been there for me and I can honestly say they are the backbone of America without this Dunkin' donuts that I go to it would be chaos they are the best people in the world...."

"After waiting for 5 minutes to order, I asked about the contents of a stuffed mini bagel. The employee looked bad at me and said it was cheese, in an insulting tone as if I was supposed to know. As I proceeded with the order the employee got confused she got increasingly rude. I could not sponsor her behavior, so I left and did not buy anything. What I read in the comments is consistent with my experience. Very rude employees, only one employee, a long wait time, etc.. This is a nightmare Dunkin Donuts. The next time I will see the review of any restaurant before stepping in. The reviews here would have spared me for the bad time I had today. There was only one employee at DD and this happened December 9, 2023 at 3:45 pm."
