He came back in and asked me to follow him back out to my car to show me it was working properly and explained how to use it correctly. Also my car was serviced in a very reasonable amount of time. Knowing it had been a while since my last oil change, they gave my car a thorough inspection and found my front brakes were almost worn through.They also found a rattle I'd forgotten to mention, and told me that it wasn't necessary to fix it but if it bothered me they'd be happy to.
