"By far worst Dunkin I have every seen stood in line for 35 minutes waiting to order and get to the register and told to wait again. Terrible service workers are working with no care and no speed at all. I come to this Dunkin every morning and it’s always been slow but today was just ridiculas . I will no longer be coming to this place I will have to wake up early to drive further for my coffee now. Very Disapointed. Other people in the store were also complaining."

"This DD has gone down in service and quality so much over the past couple months! I have gone here every single day, sometimes multiple times a day for 2 years now. Always have to repeat my order (one drink) and then when I get to the window the order is wrong. Then instead of just apologizing, the person yells across the store, "Well I heard her say no ice!" then comes to the window to confront me.... I'm a very patient person, because I've worked in retail and customer service as well. But there's no excuse for poor service like that and attitude."

"Just went through the drive thru and ordered two coffees, they handed us the coffees, which were clearly made wrong. We told them they didn’t look right and asked if cream was added. The girl scoffed and said “she can count” while rolling her eyes. Clearly not! I handed the coffees back and asked to be refunded and she refused. I asked for a manager and they said there wasn’t one working. She refused to give me her name and then shut the window on me. I tired to go to go to the front of the store and they locked it. I went down the street to get my coffee at the Dunkins in the gas station which was made perfectly. The manager said he receives complaints regularly from that location and I’m not surprised. Teenage girl with the attitude who refused to give name with curly frizzy hair and glasses should be fired! 2nd worker-Lois wasn’t terrible, but not great either. Update** Two months later still have not received my refund. Stellar work."

"The girl behind the counter told me the drink I order every weekend didn't exist and was kind of rude. I spent almost 10 dollars on a latte and 2 donuts. And look at the drink there's hardly anything in it. I know its almost closing time but have some pride in your job. The drink stops an inch from the top."
