Ask for less sugar as it's normally really sweet( unless you like sweetness) Staff was really friendly about it they made it as it wasn't busy. It's like refreshing tropical slush! "This is the 3rd time that they messed up my drink. I always order Earl Gray milktea with regular sugar and ice. The 1st and 2nd time I also ordered the same but it tastes like tap water, absolutely zero sugar, luckily I tried it on the spot and asked them to fix it for me. But today, I ordered and went in a hurry so I didn't taste it first and unfortunately it tasted like tap water, horribly bad, even though I asked for regular sugar?? Since it was past opening time, I didn't have time to return and ask for a replacement. Quite disappointing when I bought it to drink but ended up having to throw it away. 3 drinks. What a disappointment after a long day of work."
