"QAB does very good work. My family has used them a couple of times, and the results are immaculate. My rating is due to time. Upon receipt of my quote from my insurance company, as well as my having gone to there to schedule the repair (vehicle was briefly looked at), I was informed that the soonest opening was over 3 months away. My vehicle was drive able in the meantime. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday, 3 months later. I was informed that "it should be ready by the end of next week". They arranged a fair price on a rental vehicle in the meantime (big plus for QAB to have that ability!) At the end of the following week, I called to arrange vehicle pickup. It hadn't been worked on. Apparently there was a parts supply issue. Isn't that something to be taken care of during the 3-month lead time? I call the next Friday (3 weeks now). Not ready. Call the following week, and told it should be ready Friday. It wasn't. All told, my vehicle spent 29 days there. My battery was dead flat the next morning after pickup, too, from having sat so long. Still trying to determine if the battery is toast, or can still be made reliable. (Have been putting it on a battery charger every night to try to condition it) They did great work, and the repaired sections look like new. Amazing work. But scheduling, in this experience, was very discouraging."
