"Waited 45 minutes in the inspection sticker line, all bays were open. Line didn't move at all. Ended up leaving. This place is not like they used to be. At least put a sign out saying your rejecting all inspection stickers on saturdays."
"Failed inspection due to e-brake and windshield wipers streaking.Truck is a 10 year old work truck. E brake works just not well. Last time it was due to water inside a taillight. Light worked. My family has 4 vehicles and I have spent thousands of dollars at Dracut tire. I will not be going back."
"Do not get an inspection sticker there. They gave me a failed inspection sticker for a front end bushing. 3 weeks earlier I had it at a Cadillac dealership for an oil change and 14 point inspection in NH. Nothing wrong reported. Took it to the shop 3 weeks later and received failed inspection. Vehicle is under extended warranty, brought it back to a MA Cadillac dealer where I bought it. They found nothing wrong. I paid $35 for an inspection sticker."
"DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN INSPECTION STICKER!!!!! Just left there with a failed red inspection sticker over tint. The same tint I bought the truck with 6 years ago. And before this all 5 years before it passed. 10/10 do not recommend"
"Avoid this place at all costs. Went there for an inspection, and they failed me the first time as my headlights were a little foggy. SO I corrected the issue. Came back the next day, and they wanted to fail me again as the front tires would not pass inspection, even though they had the regulation requirement of tread life. I replaced them as I was going away for a trip the next day, and they gave me two Faulken tires for a sub-compact car for $280. I found out that I could've a set of Japanese or American made tires for half the cost. Will never go back to this place."
