"took way too long to receive the wheelchair for my dog and in the meantime of waiting we had to make the decision to put her down. Would not have ordered if I knew it was going to take that long. Also, I had to pay for shipping back so I lost my money and my dog. Not a happy customer. Would not order from you again. Sorry."
"EXCELLENT customer service. I ordered a cart with wheels for my 14 year old dog. Unfortunately, it did not work for him. I emailed Choopco to let them know. They sent return instructions and no squabbling. They received the item back and notified me and within days my account was refunded. Now that's customer service. I would definitely recommend this company."

They admitted it was an unbranded product and not a CorinthianBell chime, but would only refund 1/2 of what I paid. I will never order from this company again. Buyer beware."
