"I got a car from them July of 2023. I am still waiting on my spare key and glove box replacement. Which the owner didn't even know the glove box was broken until I actually got in the car and checked for myself the day I got it. The owner said that they will fix the glove box and get my spare key in due time. In between these 7 months I've been contacting them by calling and texting, leaving messages and no one responds or even gets back to me with any updates. It's like no one even works there. I'm already paying an arm and a leg for the car. Why should I have to pay for these replacements out of my own pocket??? Horrible service"

"Where do I start?!!! Rich is a MIRACLE WORKER. In 2019 I bought my van with little credit and just barely knowing where to start. Rich made the process so easy and jumped through a lot of hoops to get me approved and on my way. 4 YEARS with this van that I loved so much and no issues!! Sadly I got into an accident and it got totaled. I knew just where to go! To AUTO CREDIT SUPER STORE to get another vehicle. Rich, AGAIN, pulled a miracle for me and got me approved for the rate I was looking for. Him and his boss are pretty amazing!! They are a great team. IF YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT/NO CREDIT AND YOU NEED HELP THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! I cannot say enough thanks to Rich for taking the time with me. I just bought a 2017 Mazda and it is BEAUTIFUL. The process is really painless for the customer. It's very straight forward and they work with you. Never say Never!!! I'm so glad that I decided to go back!! And in the future when I am ready to buy another car (I have a teen with a permit) guess where I am going to go??? YOU GUESSED IT!!! Right where I began. "Rich should be thrown out of there, because he is Racist, rude, unprofessional, no customer service skills at all. We asked him the price of a car and he said it’s expensive and told us to get out. I also called about a car a couple days ago and this morning I called about a different car and told him I wanted to check it out and he said OK and when I get there the car is in the shop getting cleaned. I said oh of course I wanted to change my mind about the car. I want it to look at."
