"If I were you I would never buy a car from this guy. He is the rudest most unprofessional guy you could ever meet. He never answers the phone and when he does he never knows what he's talking about. I've gone over their like 20 times when the website and his sign on the door says open and nobody's been their. When we finally were able to see him he not only was super rude but says he lost the key so we could do a test drive so we came by another day and test drove it finally after weeks of contacting him. But that was the easy part. When it came to purchasing the vehicle he cept on harassing us saying the price over and over. Be the way let me tell you a fun fact. Before we even purchased it he said and I quote " Guarantee It will pass inspection because it has to because I'm in authorized car dealer" and he said that like 40 times. Than after that we got it put on our insurance and then got the car registered. We went over put the License plate on and then we realized even tho he promised it would pass inspection and everything worked he lied straight to all our faces. The emergency brake didn't work not even one percent and their was no heat meaning no defrost because the blower moter was destroyed. He said bring it in and we'll fix it. It was a job that should of taken 2-3 days tops for most people only a few hours but yet it took over 2 weeks. Remember how I said he doesn't answer the phone well you can enjoy that too because he had the car for over 2 weeks without giving us any update on the progress and never answered his phone. So to get the car fixed was about $1,000 and he kept screaming why don't you just give me the title and I'll give you your money back in a very rude tone , because he was mad about having to fix it so it can pass inspection. If it doesn't pass inspection he can loose his dealer license. When we finally went to pick it up he not only continued to yell about giving him the title back saying he can sell it for way more now. Than when I started to drive out of their lot he continually was hitting the car over and over than walked off while screaming the hole time. Today I finally got the car after all the commotion and emotional trauma he caused me especially since it was my first car and I went to get it inspected and the car got rejected because the tires were falling off and is going to need parts to fix it. And I also have the paper to prove it failed. And the people who inspect the car said the car dealer has no choice but to fix it but I'm going to just pay someone to fix it because I don't want to go back to Gleson Moter because not only of the trauma he caused me but also because I'm afraid that he will hurt me since he also kept screaming and throwing his hands."

"Had my car for a years time now and have nothing but problems with it I've tried calling time and time again to get at least some assistance with it I have a loan out for 6gs for my car and it definitely doesn't seem worth six grand I've had friends that have also boughten cars from them and there car didn't even last a month"

"My husband bought a car from here, for his daughter. This is the worst dealership I have ever seen. Worse than Matilda's dad and his stolen parts. 48 hours after buying a car, it died, he refused to fix it and called the police trying to claim "trespassing". We have had to take legal action with the courts. Orange, MA PD is VERY familiar with this place."

"TL;DR - Incredibly friendly and easy to work with. No pressure environment. Focused on making sure that you get the right fit for you. My girlfriend and I were driving aimlessly around looking for car dealerships and came across Gleason. The yard was neat and clean (most of the other locations we came across in the Athol/Orange area were overgrown or looked like Uncle Gerry's driveway when he's mid project). Service was super friendly. We were greeted less than a minute of being there and they were super friendly. We test drove several cars and didn't once feel pressured into buying anything. Their interest was centered around making sure that we found what we were looking for, rather than just making a sale. We did end up buying a car there and they were really good at helping us work with our bank to get things squared away. Just because we were so new to the process we did run into a few snags during the process of trading in our old car, but they were very willing to work with us through the process until everything was all set and we were able to drive off the lot with a new (to us) car. Would buy from them again."
