"While there are plenty of things that can be improved on future models, one thing's for sure is they aced the battery. I'd read a number of reviews of people complaining it had a short life, but so glad I ignored them. The battery is so impressive that it was partly responsible for my decision to buy a second one for my other hand. Honestly, it kinda doesn't even make sense how long it lasts. I use the computer 12-16 hrs per day and never turn the mouse off over night, and it only needs charging about once every 1.5 months. I don't think that can be beat. Can it?"

"Disappointing!! BEWARE! The rollermouse is a good product. Ergonomically supportive. The keyboard they offer, save your money - use your own - no better than a $20 product. Company is seriously subpar! They offer ZERO assistance and support. They sold me an add-on that I couldn't use - then when I tried to return, I had to email several different times to several different people. Finally got an email from Tish who reluctantly sent me an address with a 'Return Authorization' but it is not postage paid - so basically, I get to pay even more for a product they sold me I could not use. So - the mouse - ok, avoid buying anything in addition and hope you don't need to return..."

It's sideways so your wrist sits on the desk the right way and supports correct posture. My mom happens to work there and they use their own products. And as for the awesome mousepad...I made that for my mom."
