"Online it says hours are 12-7 on Sundays (also says this was confirmed by business 6 days ago). I show up at 6:42pm and doors are locked- employee tells me they close at 6. ….makes no sense. Drove 40 min to be here on my daughter’s birthday so she could get a product. Horrible customer service, clearly close early so they can do inventory. Just edit the hours online!!!!!"
"Helpful staff but not pushy. Easy to walk to from parking lot. Good sales for stocking up and the same decent products and ingredients. I appreciate this chain for keeping up with trends. They have fur and bling items now that they are trending at reasonable pricing."
"Kristina is amazing I only shop when she’s there cause that Phillip guy is a total creep and should not be in retail or working with the public. He kept following me around the store and would not stop asking me questions, making my shopping experience horrible. Please remove him from your stores b&bw!! Kristina deserves a raise and promotion she’s always super helpful and allows me to shop in peace!!!"
