"Stopped in to speak with them pertaining to an inspection sticker that was put on incorrectly. The manager refused to help me and demanded that I repay for an inspection that they put on incorrectly. The manager was very disrespectful and called me a liar. He refused to even step outside to take a look at the vehicle. Manager is just a title, and you have a lot more to learn, there was no need to pump out your chest and fold your hands behind your back. Very poor leadership and reflection on the company."

"Great service! The mechanic explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with pricing and everything they were going to be doing. Additionally they peeled the left over sticker residue from my previous registration for me (I’d been trying to get it off for a year!) it’s the little things that i appreciate!"
