"I scheduled a uhaul rental online for 10am just so that I could check in with a person. When I arrived me and another customer waited for a half hour. At that point I took my business elsewhere. Each time I called no one answered. I know that this is a private business, but when you work with an outside company like uhaul you have other obligations. The sign on the door that stated his hours did not even state "hours subject to vary" or anything of that nature. Not a good first impression."

"Recently Rented a U-Haul from two dirrerent locations, that had nothing to do with this location. Unfortunately i had a terrible experience with U-Haul this time around, and the review fell on this business. I would just like to say that their customer service is unmatched in the area and they immediately called me to help rectify the issue. Very good people here to work with, and if i ever decide to try U-Haul again, i will need to go here."
