Dunkin'

"Today I ordered a 2 ice matcha latte with two vanilla pumps and sweet cold foam, and these workers work so slow I waited like at least 15 minutes, but this isn’t the problem when I finally got my drink it had no tag on it I wasn’t even sure it was mine because it didn’t have the cold foam so I asked if it was ours to confirm and the worker had a attitude giving me a eye roll like, for what, and all she said was “is it matcha?” I said “yes” and she said “then it’s yours” OFC BC I ORDERED A MATCHA, But her other employee wanted to look me up and down as if I did something wrong when I was mad nice"

"Awful employees, don't get the orders correct, won't fix the drink, unfriendly. Pretty much the worst location I've ever visited. Don't bother ordering a drink without ice, they'll tell you the manager says that's not allowed while other shops allow it and it's an option on the app. Finding a new coffee shop."

"Not the best, but not terrible. The food is average, nothing really crazy. Service is okay, staff could be nicer but it's dunkin. Speak up when you order and dont take things personally. Not really lively around the time i went, dim and quiet. Overall, average and in a nice area. Parking in the back"

"Horrible service-The employees are the least friendly here than any coffee shop or Dunkin' location I've been to. If they get your order wrong, they will be angry at YOU and might not even fix it. Not sure if it's the manager but one person is especially always screaming and the line for mobile orders are SO LONG! Always a poor start to my day when I decide to give this location one more chance."

"Came at 630 pm, Saturday. The girl said they're not open, and they close at 600 pm on Saturdays. Store hours online and on the door says 800 pm and 10/11 pm. Which one's right?"
