"DO NOT BUY FROM QUIRK, bought a 2012 Ford fusion from Quirk & regularly serviced @ quirk. They never alerted us to a known problem in the EPAS power steering system. When the problem appeared, the "extended warranty period" had passed. Bought multiple trucks & cars there, but NEVER AGAIN. Don't get Quirked, buy elsewhere."

"Went to herb chambers ford with a key to be programmed and they try to give me the run around that I would need to do other services so they program the key which would total to 800 just to program it. Took my truck back from them immediately and I called Quirk and spoke with Chi who was a pleasure to deal with and told me to bring the truck right in no need for an appointment unlike 99% of other dealers that can’t get you in for days. Once I go in Mike the service manager personally looked at my car after I told him my experience at herb chambers and was able to solve the issue within 20 mins.
