Memorial Hospital

"I went here to have my annual mamogram. The last time I went, they gave me privacy to change and a locker to put my clothes. This time they had me go directly into the xray room, I still had my coat on. The technician hands me a johnny and says "here put this on". I closed the door and quickly change as she stands there and watches. What happened to decency and privacy?"

"I brought my wife to the er. Waited 3 hours for a cat scan result for kidney stones . When i asked the front desk told me we are still waiting for the results. I told her I have the results on my chart. I saw it 20 min ago. Answer "your not the only patient as the doctor and 3 people at the desk are all sitting in chairs gossiping. I hate coming here but have no choice or drive an hour and a half"

"Couldn't diagnose a literal heart attack. I was seen by their triage team, who, despite my numb legs, an EKG, and a chest X-ray, claimed I did NOT suffer an untreated, 4 hour, totally incapacitating heart attack on the side of the road merely two years ago. I am now getting actual medical treatment for my condition, but this hospital was absolutely useless. EDIT: my visit was so atrocious that I felt the need to specify the doctor. It was Robert A Brown. Once again, I received NO treatment for pain and pressure in the chest after suffering a severe heart attack."

"Timely, efficient, courteous, and compassionate care from the moment I walked in until discharge from the ER. Nurses Bob and Heather, Dr. Sanders, as well as the anesthesiologist (whose name I unfortunately have forgotten), were simply outstanding. Nobody is ever happy to need the services of an ER, but could not have asked for a better experience."
