"Finally good Dunkin’. City Dunkin’s are so awful with their lazy liberal workers. Had someone here actually mix my drink without spitting in it"
"Coffee great that's all I buy Coffee roll"
"Bagel was bad.. the "everything" bagel had nothing on it.. and Toasted dark doesnt exists i guess since my bagels as cooked as if it came out of the microwave...... .. the male worker with curly black hair wiped his nose on the back of his hand, was drinking near mobile orders.. used a spoon to stir my tea, put it in a metal cup with other spoons.. then took a spoon out of the cup and used it in my drink again... the health and safety hazards of this place is astounding."
"Worked dunks at various locations for over 20 years and never once did they put 3 people on the schedule to run the drive thru and serve NO FOOD! Since when does dunks spend money to not make money? Never. The answer is NEVER! You can't tell customers you aren't serving food when there's food directly behind you that customers can see. You can't tell paying customers that there's only 3 employees on ( drive thru only ) so you can't serve food. 3 people is alot of employees compared to other shops having to close because noone will work. I've worked for employers of dunks who made me run a whole store alone on many occasions. Even at another coffee shop I did it myself. U can't tell me 3 people is not enough to serve food. 3 people is exactly enough, at the least, to run a drive thru. 1 taking orders/making coffees-drinks. 1 on the oven. 1 at cashier and donuts. Perhaps replace your evening crew because they're costing and losing you money. My husband wasn't even allowed a donut at 430p.m on a Thursday. Male employee ended up caving and asked him what kind he wanted. Glazed donut. My husband gets leaves and finds a chocolate frosted. Seriously dunks??? Can't even get a simple donut right. A donut that your employees didn't even wanna serve/sell. 1 star because I'm forced to leave one. I literally never complain but this was absolutely asinine of your employees. They picked the car of a man with a seasoned dunks veteran for a wife on the other end of the phone. I know for a fact that dunks doesn't care much for customer feed back. Actually they don't give one s**t how anyone feels. Lol. But here's a bad review none the less."
