Our menu features fresh, authentic ingredients in dishes ranging from traditional panini to signature sweets. We build kitchens in our stores and partner with local food purveyors to maintain our high standards of provenance.
At Caffè Nero, every batch of coffee is personally tasted by our Master Coffee Roasters before leaving our Roastery. Our baristas undergo rigorous training to tailor each drink to our customers' tastes. We believe that getting to know our customers leads to a better experience, which is why the barista who takes the order also makes the coffee.

""For here" came with for here plate and, paper cup and no spoon. I was not familiar with the card reader interface - the person who helped me operate it made the decision to select the highest tip for herself. Restrooms - I didn't need but out of order anyway. It's really beautifully design inside, but I always get the feeling that the employee are very unhappy to be there."
"Food is quite good; coffee is ok. I’ve been to a few Caffe Neros in the area (Porter sq, newbury, etc) and this is the worst. I come to this place merely because 1369 closes at 3pm. EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED and it impacts everything. The toilet close at 4 pm and is recently out of order “until further notice”. When it’s in use that’s still not the cleanest restroom. On rush hours you’ll have to wait forever to get to order. Also they make mistakes quite often."
"The place is filthy. Totally disappointed by the whole place. The walls have dust on them. The toilets are a disgrace. I am from England where there is a standard of care and by the looks of this place, there is no care. The staff seem to have the "oh well" attitude. No name badges, no work uniform. The head office need to take a visit here. Update about complaint. We have complained to the head office about the state of the facility and received a response. Thank you cafe Nero for listening to your customers. Let's hope we can get an update and the cafe and toilets will be cleaner than it was when we visited."
"I have a great time here with their single origin coffee (from Peru) they said their single origin changed monthly so let’s see what is their coffee next month. Good place to chill and relax with your coffee with the cold weather. The staffs are nice and friendly here."
