The turn around time was very quick and the quality was impressive. So happy I came here for adjustments after my moms suggestion. Affordable and well done!"

"Absolutely disgraceful transaction. This place is a joke. Maybe, just maybe I dealt with a POS customer service person, but regardless, their communication served as a firm demonstration of what kind of unprofessional and absolutely sleazy business that this is. If they would've just realized their error and made it right (and I'm talking far less than a $100 mistake), this could've been a 5 star review since customer service almost means more to me than the product itself. Oh well, just one more lost consumer forevermore."

"Im just becoming a Police Officer and they had everything I needed. They had me try my shirt and pants on and I told them how I wanted the pants and they did exactly what I said. Uniform wasn’t too baggy or tight on me but perfect. They sewed the Police patch on me for free. Definitely will recommend for any first responders to come here for uniforms. Will be my to go next time when I need too."

"Make sure you call if you’re going to order something online. If you order it online and try to return it, they say it’s a “special” order or not in stock item and won’t let you return it. Even though, it did not say out of stock or not carried in store on the website. I will not ever spend money with them again."

"Terrible service. I ordered boots there - deciding to buy local for better customer service - and they told me the boots would be in within a week. After 2 weeks I called and checked in, they told me 4 more days. 10 days later, I call again and they tell me the boot (that is on the shelf in the store) is a new model and won't be available for 3 months. No phone calls, nothing. What's the point of using this store if the prices are higher and they don't care about the customer? Awful. Never using them again. A 4 yr old could give me better service."
