"We have used this place several times in the last year. The work is sub par and often you have a problem that you didn’t have before they worked on it. Example 1... dropped it off to have some work done on the gas tank. They pulled the tank and then the backup lights would not work. Example 2 they say the harness is bad and charge $400 to have it replaced. We drive it for an hour that day and it stranded my girlfriend at the market. We call them back and they say it has nothing to do with them. No customer service at all! No, let us look at it and see what we did. The truck had never failed to start until they worked on it. Get me one shame on you... get me twice shame on me. They will never get another penny from us."

"Took my car in to check on water leaking on the passenger-side floor. They fit me in during the middle of the day and it turned out to be a simple clog of the AC evaporator drainage. Everyone was super friendly--they reminded me my car was due for an oil change, but explicitly said there was no pressure to get it done. I decided to get the oil change and they only charged for the change. Unlike other places where they might have charged additional labor for the three seconds it took to unclog the drain. Will definitely return for future service."
