Hampstore

Located at 893 West Street in Amherst, Massachusetts, the Hampstore is your on-campus store conveniently situated on the ground floor of the Harold F. Johnson Library at Hampshire College. As the official source for all College apparel, the Hampstore also offers a variety of food, drinks, and other supplies for our campus community. Whether you need a quick snack, a Hampshire sweatshirt, or other Hamp gear, we are here to serve you.

In August 2017, Hampshire College took over management of the Hampstore, making it a gift shop, convenience store, and small grocery all rolled into one. You can find Hampshire gifts and gear online as well. Friends and relatives can purchase items for their students and opt for "in store pickup" to avoid shipping fees.

Payment at the Hampstore is accepted in cash, credit cards, and the Hampshire OneCard. Fully enrolled students with up-to-date accounts can charge purchases to their OneCard, with charges appearing on their billing statement. Students can also use their Hamp Dollars funds for purchases. College employees can have charges deducted from their payroll.

For textbook purchases, Hampshire College has partnered with Amherst Books in downtown Amherst. Students can pay for their purchases using their OneCard, charging it to their student account or using a credit/debit card. Amherst Books offers curbside pickup and shipping via USPS for those not on campus.

Faculty can submit textbook requests to Amherst Books through various methods, including online forms and email. They can also order stylish frames directly from Church Hill Classics.
