"Outstanding service!!! My new Weber grill was delivered, ready to go when I returned from work. Batteries were in place as necessary and my old grill was gone with no mess. Leon Weber (I know, lol) not only called to let me know that he was delivering the grill, he sent me photos! I 100% recommend Breakaway if you are looking for a grill that is already assembled without the fuss & expense of disposing of your old grill. Great selection, great products, great service."

"Purchased a Napoleon gas grill, and after delivery noticed a black scuff mark on the right door which would not come off. A week later I called and asked for the door to be replaced. Even offered to pick up & install it myself. Not a problem, they replied, we’ll take care of it, but being Father’s Day week they said they may not be able to take care of it till next week. Not a problem, I responded. The next day Leon was on my back deck installing a new door on the grill. 5 star service from a 5 star company. Thanks Breakaway"

"Nice selection of quality grills. Staff is very knowledgeable. Paris and Leon did a great job with the delivery and set up of the new grill. Connected the propane and made sure the ignition was all set, then took away my old rusty grill. They even cleaned the new one with stainless steel cleaner. Highly recommend this grill store!"

"The folks at Breakaway were terrific to work with. They made the shopping process easy, providing plusses & minuses of each grill option. At purchase time they provided a quick release connector so that the final natural gas connection could be made prior to delivery. The delivery couldn’t have be smoother. The delivery team was pleasant and thorough. They noticed that the igniter on the side-burner was not working reliably and were back out in a couple of days to repair it. You may pay a bit more than buying from a big box-store, but the extra care that this local business provides is well worth it!"
