"Sold my broken truck to them for scrap price. The removal process was prompt and easy but they never gave me a receipt. I cancelled my registration and insurance and did my part, handed over the title and truck to them. Come to find a month later they never updated the title, they assured me in September when picking up the truck they would take care of that. I got slapped with an excise tax bill for a junked vehicle I no longer own and owe nothing on aside from this random and new excise tax bill, and this concerns me. They told me to call back several days later. Hoping this situation gets fixed! *update, edited to remain fair* The title still shows under my name, I believe this might be due to covid-19 delaying paperwork."

"They are totally disrespectful on the phone have zero patience act like you are inferior if you don’t know exactly what to say. Only reason to use them is bc they are only show in town for the cape. I will probably never call there again."

"Arrogant disrespectful attitude, I asked for a black hood and radiator, and they gave me grey, rusty(!) hood and busted radiator. When my mechanic figured that this radiator was leaking, I came over and they gave me another one, which was also leaking! So now I had to pay my mechanic 3 times more for labor of replacing the radiator for me. But the worst thing is that these guys charge 1.5 times more for used details than I could have bought on eBay brand new! Never go there again"
