"3:10pm Girl cashier rude and dismissive when I asked question about sausage on Grill - asked if I could get the One on grill for$1.50 - she didn’t Answer and walked away after 4 times she rudely said NO."

"JUDY IS RUDE!!! We are locals & go to this Cumberland farms quite often. All the staff here are Always greeting you when you walk in & are SUPER Friendly & WELCOMING... EXCEPT for the GIRL JUDY who ALWAYS has an attitude! It is quite obvious that she is NOT A TEAM PLAYER. Once in a while you will see her at the coffee station pretending to do something. Whenever my family & I go in there to order food she is so RUDE, She will ring it up BUT has NO DESIRE to go & cook you food! She NEVER moves from the cash register. She tells me she has to wait for someone to come out of the backroom to do it & shrugs her shoulders(literally). I then confronted her & SHE DID NOT LIKE THAT. Now she NO LONGER acknowledges ANY OF MY FAMILY let alone makes ANY eye contact...just rings us up!! WOW!! When we come in NOT even a simple HELLO!! WOW!! It's obvious she is clearly their just for a paycheck & NOT THE COMPANY. JUDY does NOT have the personality to be working with the general public, WHATSOEVER!!! 5 STARS for the WONDERFUL STAFF...ZERO STARS FOR JUDY!"

"I went into Cumbys in Teaticket this morning and every single employee in there acknowledged me and my son and said hello. They said hello and good morning to every person that came in there. That right there was the beginning of my day and I ended up having a great day. I just want to say thanks for the amazing customer service, it’s recognized. I hope those employees know how many people appreciate that simple gesture..."

"Great place for a cup of coffee or if you need to make a late night shopping trip. They're usually the cheapest gas in town (if you have their free Smart Pay App or Card), unless you track up a whole bunch of points at Stop & Shop. The store is always clean and the staff is always nice."

"Typical cumberland farms, inexpensive coffee, gas is reasonable, hot food. Staff is better than when it first opened, and the store is clean. If you're looking for a decent coffee that isn't $3 this is a great stop."
