"I was recently living and working in Martha’s Vineyard, in the winter season, when I had no heat in my car. After several attempts trying to reach out to local mechanics, with no success, I called Battle Nissan. My first appointment date was mistakenly made on a Saturday. Unfortunately, after 2 ferry trips and a hotel stay, I find out they are closed on Saturdays. On Monday the service manager calls me to apologize about the mix up. He reimbursed me for my ferry rides, gave me a rental car free of charge, and even went as far as meeting me on the following Saturday to get my car back to me, so I would not have to miss time from my job. Was my repair done correctly, absolutely, was it a bit costly, yes, but the customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Even the relentless phone calls of me questioning their diagnosis of my vehicle, was handled so professionally and kind.
