"Great customer service!! We rented a car last week while on the vineyard for a family vacation. Car rental office was a short walk form our hotel. Everyone was friendly, fast, and efficient. Unfortunately, our son left his wallet in a back seat pocket of the car and did not realize until the night before we were leaving. We walked over to the office as soon as they opened in the morning and Katie went above and beyond to try to help us locate the missing wallet. Once she finally tracked it down she Fed-ex'd it overnight. We were so thankful for her help and wanted to let everyone know what a positive experience we had and say a special thank you to Katie. It's been a while since I've encountered someone with such a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. Truly grateful!"

"Budget and specifically, Melissa, saved our Labor Day weekend vacation! I had initially booked a car rental with Hertz, however, Hertz called me the day before I was supposed to pick up my rental, informing me they had overbooked and there were no vehicles available. I was very disappointed since I had booked this reservation well in advance and our plans on the island required a vehicle. I quickly called Budget and Melissa was so helpful and was able to secure me a Jeep for the next day. She truly saved our vacation and I would highly recommend using Budget when visiting Martha’s Vineyard! They were extremely friendly and easy to work with all around."

"I had such a positive experience with this company. They are a family owned/operated franchise of Budget. I rented from other car rental companies during this particular vacation on Nantucket and once I got on the mainland in MA. Those companies had so many hidden fees I paid at least $50 more than I was quoted. THIS company was straightforward, convenient, and friendly. They dropped off my car where I was staying on time, had me quickly sign, and I was on my way. Other companies dragged out this process by trying to upsell me different things. Then, when it came time for dropoff, they thankfully reminded to refill the tank and I dropped off the keys in a dropbox. I was charged EXACTLY what I was quoted, nothing more, nothing less. This is how car rental companies should be run. By the way, my jeep was so beautiful I began to want one myself!"
