"It's the bridge from the original JAWS!! What more can I say? Except I wish they had some kind of memorabilia there to celebrate the movie (honestly the whole area seems to act like JAWS never happened which is sad!) But it was a beautiful view and a great place to eat lunch lol. Plus this was a bucket list item for me personally."
"Whether you're an old school movie buff or just enjoy beautiful scenery this is a good stop to make. The bus usually stops by every 15-30min or many people bike ride to the location."
"I rented a bike from All-Star Martha’s Vineyard, and it was the best thing I could have done. I had so much fun riding around the island and finding all of the Jaws movie filming sites. This bridge is where Brody’s kids were in the pond with the shark. It brushes against his son and bites the leg off of the young man. Very cool to be here. I went all the way down to South Beach. Where Chrissy the first girl was killed."
"There’s a sign that says, jumping off the bridge isn’t allowed- clearly no one follows it. Therefore, be cautious and careful when doing so as it is not very deep. Diving would not be recommended at all. Everyone jumping off the bridge seemed to be having a blast. Definitely recommend giving it a visit!"
"Went here at the end of September 2018. Very quiet but amazing to see the bridge from the film we love. Signs everywhere to say no jumping off the bridge…..did that stop us? Hell no. Great experience and worth the trip. The rest of the island is great and bought some great local souvenirs."
