"Please do yourself a favor and avoid Peter Pan at all costs. Service is terrible and customer service is worse. Over the course of 2 rides less than one week apart, 1) my bus broke down 5 mins from the bus station and stranded us for an hour+ on the side of a highway. Customer service refuses to refund or credit anyone because this type of interruption can apparently be expected. And 2) sat for 30+ minutes while our driver and backup drivers attempted to lift a person in a wheelchair onto the bus. They spent at least 20 minutes failing to get the mechanical lift to work which for some reason set off a fire alarm on the bus. Once the rider was on the bus, they then could not get the ramp to go down. This is absolutely ridiculous. 30+ minute delay because the bus's mechanics weren't working as they should? I've also been left behind by a driver who left the station earlier than the scheduled departure time and the bus line told me it was my fault for not being 15 minutes early. Stay so far away."

"Chris, a supervisor, tries to tell women how to respond to harassment by their drivers and passengers. Driver verbally accosted me for complaining about a smoking passenger in a way that did not endanger me from their potential retaliation. Apparently, I was supposed to speak up while bus was in motion, facing retaliation from passenger I’m making complaint against and possibly falling while bus is in motion. Nonsensical, inhumane expectations. Avoid this company like a plague. They are a disease worse than cancer."

"Been using Peterpan bus lines for a long time. They've always been on-time and reliable. Only once have they had to change my return time to an earlier bus due to lack of staff which stranded me at the airport because my plane landed after the last bus for the night. I was out of the country and didn't receive the email message until I arrived at the airport. In these times after the pandemic I can't blame the bus lines for lack of staffing since most businesses are having the same problem."
