"A true local gem. Years ago I had the honor of getting a Mayflour cake for my wedding celebration, it was loved by everyone. The new shop in Essex is so beautiful. Everything is worth indulging in. The highest quality ingredients are sourced and everything is SO delicious. My kids love the hot cocoa and homemade marshmallows in the winter and the spritzers in the summer. I love the coffee or chai."

"Stumbled upon this place after going to a shop next door. It was toward the end of the night so they were limited on treats but we still got a cookie and a hot drink. I love the minimal clean look and had no idea they were herb farmer just happed to over hear a conversation. I can’t wait to go back to try more of the treats and soft serve that changes regularly."

"Warm and inviting bakery. I had a pour-over Sumatra coffee, a cardamom roll, and a blueberry ginger scone all of which were delicious. I was served by a happy first-day employee being coached by the baker. We brought back breakfast for the house."

"Wonderful little coffee and breakfast shop. Delicious and warm savory egg galette. They don’t offer espresso but their coffee tastes great! Very cute inside. The lids don’t fit the cups very well so I wish you get new lids/cups soon. I ended up spilling my coffee in the car."
