Starbucks

"people here suck. they are so rude and they take such a long time for your drink. if i go in and order i’m waiting for like 30-45 minutes. they try and tell you that you shouldn’t get that much sugar in ur drink and put less sugar in it. had a horrible experience with that with some bald guy. and now everytime my order comes in online they know my name and make it wrong on purpose. i changed my name on it and all of a sudden my drinks are better. they don’t make anything right anyways. last time i put in my real name they filled my drink with ice and there were like 3 sips in it and you’ll see in the photos that my whole entire order was wrong. no cold foam, not even barely any oatmilk"

"The slowest drive thru I have ever been to. Out of any… & I have stopped here 3-4 times in the past month. I have never waited in line less than about 35 minutes. Last week I actually timed it in line I spend 47 minutes & at the window another 11 minutes. Ridiculous amount of wait time & I definitely do understand they could be extra busy & maybe under staffed on top of it. But again this has happened at this location multiple times. The most recent time there were only 3 cars ahead of me the wait was over 30mins."

"Frequently order on the app. Absurdly long wait times. I'm often left standing in the store for up to 15 minutes after ordering 20 minutes ahead of time, because they seem to prioritize the drive thru customers over anything else. I know they're busy but this is pahetic service. The only reason I get my coffee here is because my wife prefers their coffee. I have had to stop ordering hot coffee here. Without fail, the hot coffee is luke warm at best and stone cold by the time I finish it. For the obnoxiously high prices that you pay for a simple cup of coffee here, they should be able to make a cup of coffee that is actually... ummm, you know, hot?"

"imagine coming through the drive thru and ordering 3 SMALL iced coffees, the most simple coffees ever & pulling up to the drive thru to Patrick handing out the coffees and asking “ do you guys wanna pay for the cars behind you because it took so long?” That was the most rudest and unprofessional thing I have ever heard someone say. Over three small iced coffees: maybe you shouldn’t work at a coffee shop if you can’t handle 3 small iced coffees Patrick. Literally throwing your hands up and everything for no reason. On the other hand, the other employees were all awesome, but Patrick, if your gonna get set off over 3 small iced coffees and throw a hissy fit… you should get a different job.."

"Good coffee and service. My only complaint is that they only have 4 small tables so it's often hard to find a seat. They have a ton of room and could easily double the amount of tables...not sure why they don't?"
