"Steady customer at this usually very good location. Today, I literally threw most of my breakfast sandwich away. The croissant was so hard around the edges it was hard to even take a bite and the rest of it was so spongy that I couldn’t even tear off a piece. The coffee was much sweeter than usual and disposed of most of that as well. . I think this may have been prepared by someone new who needs more training or closer oversight until she’s got it down.
