"Called to get a price on tinting windows on a classic car. I was told to bring it there for an estimate. I explained that I don't put more than 100 miles a year on this car and wouldn't want to drive it there for an estimate and then drive it back to have the work done. (I live 27 miles away). Proprietor said thanks for the call and hung up. I called another company. They googled the car and gave me a price. I also texted a picture to another glass tinting company and they gave me a price. Will be using one of those motivated and customer service oriented companies"

"Used to be my favorite place to go, even back on the School Street days. Had numerous cars done here without issue. My rear window started developing bubbles, and I was told that it was chemical damage, when I don’t use chemicals and I don’t let anyone touch my car. So much for the “warranty”, refused to fix it without telling me it would be $250. Then agreed to fix it. Then when I brought it in I was told it would now be $350($100 increase, and more than I paid to have the whole thing done) or $0 depending on the outcome. I’m quite disappointed as I’ve never had an issue with Steve before now."
