"The man at the Water Street Danvers location refused to make our pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and said they ONLY make it with cream. Nonsense. All the others I've been to have done it with no problem. 0 stars. If you want a Dunkin Donuts that tell you you can't use the creamer of your choice this is the place!!"

"Love this place. The sandwiches are great. The coffee is great and the employees are damn hard workers. I stop every shift I have. Literally ALL of the people who work at this location do a great job. ALSO! The landscaping!! Holy cow the landscaping! PLUS 10/10 sunrise over the water."

"Dunkin Donuts location doesn't open until 4:30am on Saturdays. From the horse's mouth, an employee had told me so. Their website states 4am. I shouldn't have been able to put in a mobile order before 4:30am, if they were "closed." This shows to me personally, employees can't/won't be ready till 4:30am. 30 minutes after opening... This post is for this morning before work and this hassle/inconvenience had caused me to be late...for my morning work commute."

"I will be calling the department of Public Health and will make them aware of the situation at this Dunkin’ Donuts as an immediate Imminent Health Hazard. This Dunkin should immediately be reported for health hazard which exists gross insanitary occurrences and conditions and circumstances, that are endangering the public health. There were ants on the food and bees on the donuts. No one cared and addressed the Sanitary conditions when addressed and the cashier Lena didn’t want to help and couldn’t speak English, I have never seen such a disgusting situation, I threw up after seeing that in the car when my son showed me the ants on the cheese wrap."

"I went here for about 3 straight weeks for my breakfast. I got a egg&cheese on English muffin every day for 3 weeks and every single time I got one they would burn the muffins without ever failing. I'm not sure how difficult it is to simply take it out when it's done but when I order food I expect to get the full quality of that food not a half burnt sandwich. The staff are friendly to a degree but they also seem to have a problem making decent food so I had to stop going to them and switch it up to a different different place that knows how to not burn the food I order. Please keep this in mind if you are thinking about getting anything to eat from this place as they definitely seem to need some retraining on how to make a simple sandwich."
