"I went to the drive-through 15 minutes before closing. They couldn’t hear my order through their speaker. They told me after I repeated my order four times to drive up to the window With my coffee order. They gave me a large instead of a medium. They made it completely wrong. They were obviously rushing. I am not happy at all with my service. I am a nurse. I work very very long hours. And I needed a coffee to get me through the shift and they made it completely wrong. The guy said oh well, I charged you for a medium, but I gave you a large. Cool that’s not what I asked for. I asked for a specific drink to be made specifically. Unacceptable"
