"I had my system replaced with these guys. A few months later I had a leak, which resulted in part of the insulation being damaged, and they came back and repaired all of it at no charge. It was really nice of them to do this. Very courteous and friendly service!"

"I called for an AC repair and they told me I had to pay $89 which would cover the service call. They told me he'd be there 2-5pm. Was not there by 5 so I called. The service guy (Joe) called back and said before he could come and look at it he needed a non-refundable $800 first without knowing what was wrong. He said the $89 I paid was wrong and that the office had no idea what they were doing. I called the office and they left me on hold for 30 minutes. I called back and they would not answer the phone. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. STAY AWAY."
