"Booked same-day car service. Easy online booking process. Beware that all the fees or surcharges are not fully disclosed on online bookings! Only shows the flat rate at initial booking, then confirmation provides full rate, gratuity, fees, tolls. Came out to about $85 additional from the flat rate. Received my confirmation of pick-up within the same hour. Instructions for pickup were precise and driver was wicked nice and helpful with bags. I believe his name was Hashimi whom I'll ask for again if available. Ride was smooth and good driving overall. I may definitely use again for the service of the driver. Would have appreciated more transparency; the Driving experience at that hour is what keeps all 5-stars. I noticed some of the bad reviews were from Cali people. I've only experienced in Boston so perhaps location makes a difference."

Halima Ichou was very dependable and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable and letting us know if we needed to take a rest stop, to just let her know. She maneuvered through some crazy traffic. We were grateful to have her behind the wheel and will ask for her the next time we are in the Boston area."

They arrived on time each time, vehicles were clean and the communication before the trip when I had questions or changes to our flight was great. I would definitely use them again when in the area."
