"Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, when I pulled up she asked to verify what I ordered and I told her, get back to work and open it and it was a sausage with no egg on a bagel with cheese. How you only get the cheese right?"
"Yesterday the drive thru line was very slow at around 11am. The young lady was very rude & disrespectful &denied me a iced coffee because I honked My horn. I've never waited so long it was bad. The weekend crew is a problem, slow and that particular lady tall Caucasian with a earring in her nose has bad attitude. Sun. august 6th."
"Yesterday I purchased a large coffee and a donut for $5.50. This morning I went to dunking donuts and paid $4.06 for the exact same order. Shame on you for ripping off America, we are getting sick of it."
"Sunday February 3, 2019 worst service ever. I asked for 2 of each donut hole..there were 6...4 sets of 3. The girl said we only sell them in 3s. I said yes 4 sets of 3...she argued with me for a couple minutes so I settled for 2 sets of 3...THEN I asked for a white chocolate mocha madness hot. Cream and whipped cream. The girl walked away without cashing us out. Technically we could have just left, because the other girl working said "bye, have a nice day". When I sat down and took a couple of sips of my supposed mocha madness the cream tasted sour, even through the whipped cream. There was no coffee in it either. So I stood in line for 10 minutes. I asked the same girl to remake it because there was no coffee in it and the cream was sour. She told me no it wasnt. I asked her again, nicely to remake it without cream or whipped cream, which she did but just put it on the counter and walked away. This girl was either having a bad day or she has the worst customer service skills ever. If you're going to serve coffee to people and its early morning, the way you act towards a customer could make or break their day. Clearly the manager does not teach customer service skills to the employees here. Any of them. I will never go to this location again. This isnt the first bad experience I've had here. The shop on Mt. Pleasant is 100% better. And it's cheaper. SMH...worst customer service ever. Drive the extra mile and go to the other franchise."
