"I was honestly blown away by how unprofessional the staff was. For the minute I walked in they were yelling back-and-forth across the kitchen about customer orders, how they didn’t know how to make certain things. And then the woman who was serving me, made a comment to another employee about how she had to use the bathroom while she was Preparing my food. Absolutely disgusting that entire location should be shut down."

"We don’t get any greetings. We stood there for 5minutes seeing a waitress damaging a cash counter and a calculator. Another waitress was there watching and laughing. Anyway, we left without anything."

"Old looking and kinda dirty inside. Donuts were not in a case. They were just sitting out in the open. Stood there for 5 minutes before anyone noticed me. The exit door handle is broken. I didn't buy anything and left. Went to the next dunkin' up the street. Wayyyyyyy better!!!"

"This has to be one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts around. My hot macchiato coffee order is never right. Always cold. I’m always hopeful that it will be right at some point. The servers all look miserable, just reaching their hand out the drive thru window for your cash or card, without saying anything. The employees look disheveled and dirty. (I know that’s horrible to say). Hair everywhere, long fingernails with visible nicotine, and dirt underneath them grasping the sipping part of my cup with no gloves on. No thanks you’s, or have a nice day’s. Just hand you your coffee/ food and shut the window. Ugh!"
