"UPDATE: Ignore everything I said below: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! These people are all talk! I bought this car 4 months ago with extended warranty, all the recommended coverage for a used car, etc. and my cars engine is smoking!!!!!!!! Smoking!!!!! They replaced a valve gasket (warranty didn't cover it and I had to come out of pocket) and I had to come back a week later for the same issue! They never have loaners and expect you to pay out of pocket if you literally can't spend the whole day there! I'm literally starting to feel like they sold me a bad SUV! I wish I went to another place. I spoke to service advisors and the general manager (Nick) directly and he literally told me "Its apart of normal wear and tear of a used vehicle and that I should still be happy with the car"! What kind of customer service is that? Spend your $$$ elsewhere! Thank me later! My original review below has gained more that 10,000 views and I just want to make it clear that I will NEVER buy a car here or recommend anyone to given my recent experience. Just know that these people are in sales and just want to sell you anything. I bought an expensive suv that I'm stick with now. I don't want that to be your experience too. Let me start off with my sales consultant…his name was Xavier. He knew his stuff: super professional, kept it real and transparent with me from the start, listened to my concerns and offered solutions. When I had questions about my trade in, the sales manager, Nicholas stepped in and offered me the best deal I could ever ask for (my old car was horrible), lol! Throughout my whole buying experience, Cley, Another Sales Manager (my fellow Cabo Verdean) checked in on me making sure I was satisfied with my service. He even offered my kids (6y and 8y) snacks and treats to keep them occupied. Little things like that goes along way with me. The finance manager, Gary was also great. He took his time with me while I had a billion questions (I had to make sure I understood what I was paying for, lol). My whole buying experience was easy and effortless. This was by far the best car buying experience ever! I highly recommend you give them a shot!!!!! Moving forward, this is my go to team every time I want to buy a car for myself and my fiance (granted if everyone I worked with is still there, lol). I left there feeling like I stole my vehicle at the rate I got it! Super happy with my purchase for sure! Don’t walk, run to Nissan 24 and don’t forget to ask for Xavier, Cley, Nicholas & Gary! "I just took delivery of my Nissan Altima SL. My experience working with Nissan24, specifically Darryl and Angel, was wonderful. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles over the decades, and these individuals were reasonable and no-pressure. For me personally, I do not opt in for things like extra coating, window etching, or additional service plans. While they suggest each of these, I politely told them I’m not interested. While they provided a reasonable sales pitch, in the end they respected my decision. Darryl was knowledgeable on the vehicle features, and made me feel comfortable while I decided if this was the right choice for me. And the details in closing, which I had a handful of follow-on questions on the CPO documentation, Darryl was responsive and took care of all my needs. This approach to business is appealing to me, and if it appeals to others, then I recommend Nissan24 for you next vehicle purchase."
