"Big thumbs down. Dirty chai was lukewarm and they forgot the espresso. Cold brew was mediocre at best. Burrito fell apart before I touched it. Would’ve been a regular as I live a block away, won’t be back."
"Bought a coffee with two friends. The hot coffee was only slightly warm and they told me I couldn't use the bathroom while there. But allowed a different customer to use the bathroom. Felt really unwelcome."

It seemed like we were being completely ignored. Then some other people came in behind us and were greeted immediately and asked what they wanted to order. RUDE."
