Reviews of Gong Cha
"Best boba in the area. The staff is very nice"
"Gong Cha is definitely one of the most well-known boba chains out there. I visited this location during the BOGO promotion over the summer and found the quality to be consistent with that of other Gong Chas that I have gone to. This location has a few high tops inside and was relatively clean. Our drinks came out in less than ten minutes, but it was also empty at the time that we went. The pearl milk tea has a nice balance of tea and milk, which I like. I feel like the boba could be improved, though, as it does not have much flavor. There is street parking, but sometimes it can be hard to find parking since there are a lot of food spots on this street."
"My experience at this location is usually pretty good. But this time I’m livid, I just walked out and I’m vexed at the lack of customer service I received. I got a $5 off coupon and even after showing the girl at the cash register she said she don’t know and can’t do anything about it. Okay, it’s whatever. But what ticked me off is that I asked for a cup of water with lemon for my wife who is pregnant and need to watch her sugar level. Instead of the girl telling me they don’t have lemon and asking if water is okay, she just put lemon syrup into the water and give that to us. My wife tried it, and when I brought it up she said we have no lemon. No apologies, no offer of just a cup of water. They need to train their staff better."
"Clean and tasty boba drinks. Kids love it here, and the constant stream of customers shows why. Friday 8:30pm is popping."
"I went here for their grand opening. It was crazy busy because of the promotion of buy 1 Get 1. The wait was about an hour . It was so insane. People were way to close to each inside and outside. Some people did a good job at social Distancing but other did not. I got to try a few of their top 10 drinks. The strawberry milk tea taste like powder strawberry milk. The dirty brown sugar milk foam was okay. Just wasn't the best version of it. The cheese foam could of been a bit bolder in. Favor. The passion fruit was a bit to sweet . Everything was a hit or miss. Promotion was amazing. It allowed us to try more drinks, but this place won't be my first choice for boba tea. There way to many options in the area"
