"I drove to Ralph's from Portsmouth Rhode Island on the recommendation of some friends and having seen some great reviews online. I couldn't be happier with my decision. The long and short of it is: These guys hooked me up and got me driving away in a better truck than I ever thought I could afford. I'm going to send my friends and family there, and this is why. 1) Most importantly Ralph and Andy are a couple of honest businessmen trying to do right by their customers. 2) These guys went way out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. When things didn't go perfectly, Andy, Ralph and the team did everything in their power to smooth things out as fast as possible. 3) Great communication: from buying the car, to the registry, to me driving away in my Nissan Frontier, Andy was on top of it. He kept me in the loop the whole time. 4) This place delivered on every front: they dealt with the registry so I didn't have to, delivered a perfectly running truck with an interior as clean as new, and a great warranty to top it all off. 5) They are just a couple of great guys. On three different occasions I caught myself just hanging around chatting with Andy having a good time for more than 2 hours."
