"The short black girl who worked Friday night had a massive attitude. If you don’t like working there just quit but do not be miserable and take it out on the customers. Not asking for good customer service just do not be rude to others. I often come here for a drink at night after work for years. After how I was being treated I do not feel comfortable come back here anymore. ."

"I have a whole milk Intolerance and I simply wanted to order a frozen coffee without whole milk. This short dark skinned employee with an attitude right away said we can't use whole milk with the machine. I've always been able to order non whole milk with frozen coffee. She said no nut based milk but was difficult about it and wouldn't tell me all of the other choices I have. I had to pull it out of her. Now, I've been drinking the coffee and my stomach is starting to act up exactly like I've been drinking whole milk. Watch for the midget with a chip on her shoulders. It's called customer service, do your job."

"I’ve had some good experiences and bad experiences, but overall the staff there are lazy, rude, and talk about or make fun of customers. I also don’t trust their hands because staff are frequently outside smoking cigarettes. I remember a while ago a worker was about to fight someone outside. They are frequently out of stuff and barely make drinks right."

"Excellent 24-hour location with some dine-in seating & restrooms for weary travelers & local businesses as well as nearby residences. Beverages are always on point except toasted sandwiches consistently need more toasting than just a quick flash toast leaving no toasty coloration or crunch. Update: Yay, they made my sourdough breakfast sandwich to perfection today, just like the advertised pics! Looks like this location is no longer 24-hours, now closes by 11pm."

"This dunkin in the morning are all women ( plus a mark) and when I tell you that its so clean, nice customer service I don't think that's by mistake. The ladies are great. Only downside is that sometimes more often than not its so busy. So if you're in a rush I don't recommend coming here if you want to be in and out. Or just order online and pickup. But love it here."
