"I can only speak upon the customer service when I called and spoke to Dan. I called to inform him of an issue with a parked van that blocks the only lane to go straight in a congested area. While I understand the shuttle I was just expressing a concern and he was incredibly rude and after telling me he would follow up he hung up on me. Based on that alone I would not use their service if I had to. Good customer service goes a long way, Dan. ETA what was spoken about with Dan. Van parked in a no parking zone blocking the one lane to go straight on Mass Ave."
"Lots to say about this experience!! The bus was late, the driver wasn’t friendly or helpful at all! We had to advise him at least 3x to put the ac on because the bus was warm. The music system sucked all the way to our destination and back it kept stopping and had a hard time connecting the Bluetooth from the beginning. Not to mention a friend of mine on the bus cut her finger because of a sharp turn he made while arriving to our destination. she was bleeding all over the place the bus didn’t have any first aid kit(which they should carry just in case, since the cut was a result of his negligence). He didn’t drop us off at a main entrance at Foxwoods and we had to walk awhile to get to a bathroom. The Last experience I had with this bus was great the driver was amazing the bus was bigger and nicer, but after this experience I don’t think I will ever rent from them again! Oh and not to mention I was not even offered a discount for any of this inconvenience, the only thing they did was knocked off a $100 for the driver arriving late back to the company location. We shouldn’t have been charged in the first place because he was late picking us up for our destination."
"We booked a party bus for my friend’s birthday, what a mess to say the least. He got there a little after 8pm if we are leaving at 8 he should have been there a little early to allow everyone to get settled. To start, we get on the bus and we’re told that the Bluetooth didn’t work so he offered his usb, no connection, I get mine from my truck to ensure it is not the cord, no connection. I get off and in the interim they get the Bluetooth operating. Things just spiraled from there. We get moving and about 45 mins in the Bluetooth cut out every 2 mins! This is so unacceptable, no one was happy. I mean who want to be on a party with no music or have a song run 30seconds then stop for another 2 mins. Then a girl in the front of the bus is cut and bleeding everywhere and there were no first aid kit available to assist her. Not to mention the speakers blown. Then he drops us in the middle of nowhere so we have to walk allll the way through the casino, security gave me the correct entrance he should have used and he did pick us up there. I spoke to him upon drop off and he agreed the music cutting out was a lot and he was originally supposed to take a different bus. We were supposed to take bus 60 and they switched to 61. I could have swapped the number but the two numbers are correct, he also admitted the the other bus was nicer. Honestly for my first “party bus” experience I was not at all impressed with the bus or lack of service, I would first say update your bus, not to mention all the crevices my phone fell through and we could not find it for at least 20 mins, somehow it slipped to under the back seats. Just wasn’t what I would think by the experiences I have read. Don’t think I would book with you guys again, couldn’t even offer a discount for all we had to deal with, not impressed."
"Professional, from start to finish! The dispatch team (Sandy) was great and setup exactly what I needed. The driver (Jerry) was dressed well, polite and helped with everything needed. The 30 passenger limo bus was perfect and in mint condition. We had their bus for our wedding and it was perfect."
