"I walk through this mall to get to work. At this location they have a main and a side door to the store. At 627 am( remember that time) I walked through the side entrance (which was unlocked) and walked up to the register. The girl at the counter(didn’t have her name tag on) looked at me and said we’re not opened yet. I looked at her then down at my watch then back at her. Guys it’s 627am! I stand there for a sec looking at my watch she says” you need to wait outside until we’re open” just a word of advice, I work in customer service as well and I understand the 10-20-30 min early guests/customers can be a little needy and annoying but at the end of the day the customer is what keeps your business going. Now I dont expect a cashier to understand that by any means but I thought it was just human nature to be kind. I then waited outside of the door THAT WAS STILL UNLOCKED BTW and just waited. Now it’s basically 629.. and she didn’t even greet me as I came back in at 631 am… moral of the story is. If you work in customer service you should probably be nice to people. You never know what someone is going through. I understand it’s early, no one wants to be awake at that time nevermind already at work. But this is your job… you signed up for it. I just really want to say that whoever is training people at caffe Nero needs to reevaluate their training protocols before they get the wrong person on the wrong day. Just be kind. She could have easily just been like “oh hey we don’t open for another few mins but feel free to have a seat and wait the 2-3 minutes” not “can you wait outside” again I work customer service. There’s nothing worse than someone coming 5 min before you close. But opening is a different story. You get what you put out there That’s all have a good day!"

"Just dropped by Caffè Nero recently and I've got some thoughts to share. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, but there's a bit of room for improvement. First up, the vegan elderberry cake – total winner! It was delicious, like seriously good. The cake was moist and the elderberry flavor was just right – not too overpowering but definitely there. It's great to find a place that does vegan options right, and this cake hit the spot. The cappuccino was another highlight. It was well-made, with the right amount of foam and the perfect temperature. As someone who's pretty particular about their coffee, I was impressed. It's the kind of cappuccino that makes your day a little better. However, there's a bit about the staff that I think could be improved. Don't get me wrong, they weren't rude or anything, but they weren't exactly super welcoming either. I think a friendly greeting and a bit more warmth would make a big difference. It's nice to feel welcomed when you go to a cafe, especially if it's a place you're thinking of visiting regularly. The cafe itself has a cool vibe. It's cozy and a great spot to chill out with friends or even just to hang out by yourself with a good book. The whole atmosphere is pretty relaxed, which I like. So, I'm giving Caffè Nero a solid 4 stars. The cake and coffee are definitely worth coming back for. If the staff were a bit more welcoming, I'd easily bump it up to 5 stars. It's amazing how much of a difference that can make to the whole experience. Looking forward to my next visit!"

"One of my favorite caffe Nero locations in the city. It’s got two spacious seating areas and a surprising amount of outlets. There’s one bathroom in the cafe itself but also plenty within the shopping center. Really nice floor to ceiling windows and general ambiance. The food and coffee is just like any other Caffe Nero, so it’s good quality. My go to is the chai tea latte and a cookie butter croissant"

"Terrible customer service. I was there between 5-6pm today December 2nd 2023. There’s a guy working there with an attitude equivalent to his hairline, atrocious. He wears a mask and speaks very low and gives attitude when you ask him to repeat himself. He was very rude to my mother and messed up her order essentially leaving out the cake she ordered. He acknowledged the fact that he was being rude and tried to make up for it by bringing the cake after the disrespect, which at that point my mom didn’t even want. The coffee’s great but I wouldn’t bother going back there’s a Starbucks on the other side of the mall."

"I have been coming to this place almost daily. Good coffee, but Staff is mostly messy. Today they tried selling me a grey looking prosciutto sandwich. I asked to have a different one, as I could see the diference on the sandwich stack they have. The girl gave me a new one but Once I sat down I realized she gave me half of the good (pink looking) one and half of the bad one. You could see by the diference in color and the bread baking mark. So disappointed. Never coming back here."
