"Always a good time when I walk in polite workers and always clean"
"I got so so sick off of bagel bites... I actually felt like I was dying. I was profusely sweating, stuck on the toilet for an hour at least."
"Coffee is tasty great coffee blend, but is a bit pricey, Muffins, Donuts and pastries shrunk in size! Chocolate Donuts and Sticks don't have a Chocolate Taste, and the glaze is thin. You'll have to buy a small hot chocolate and dip the supposedly chocolate glazed donut to enhance the flavor of the Faux Chocolate Donut Batter. Eggs not made fresh but are pre made. Not enough bacon on sandwiches. Ok in a pinch when McDonalds stops making their sandwiches and you feel like a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. Limited bagels, donut and muffin varieties available. No such thing as fresh at Dunkin Donuts anymore. Pre processed, Yes. Fresh, questionable! Cleanliness; fine. No flies in the retail serving area though! That's a plus though!"
"Very disappointed. We ordered 6 boston cream donuts and not 1 had filling in them."
"EDIT 9/21/22 : Apparently they don't have a mouse problem at this location, so I'm not sure how it got in my food. They contacted me and offered to comp me for the sandwhich, which is all I was asking for. The coffee was good, but I found a mouse dropping on my sandwhich. I had already taken a bite out...I thought it was a sesame seed at first. How wrong I was. If you don't like dealing with employees, online ordering is the way to go. But PLEASE don't be like me--MAKE SURE to check your order before you leave. I had to throw away the entire sandwhich. I'll stick to just coffee, since they don't ever seem to clean the mouse droppings out of the oven."
