"Food and coffee at this location is about as you would expect from Starbucks - slightly overpriced for the quality but still somehow cheaper than other locations nearby. The space is rather small compared to most locations, especially compared to their former location across the street. The high ceiling and decor of this former building enterence gives the space a sense of generic grandeur, but the lack of seating (likely due to the space confines and traffic this location can get) is really devastating. I'll repeat that again. THERE IS NO SEATING. Get your coffee and sandwich and get out - or stand around awkwardly if there is room. If you're looking for a quick sit and coffee out of the weather, go to Pete's or the Capital One Cafe down the street. If it's summer or you can otherwise stand the weather, still go to Pete's or Capital one. They're all about even in the end but at least they care to have and tend their tables. Edit: Dropping a start on service and overall because their automated customer service response bot is a cheap-out way to effectivity ignore a problem by throwing money at an issue rather than actually trying to fix things."
"Starbucks is not about community any more. They don't provide comfortable seating (or no seating at all). Just get your coffee and screw is their philosophy now."
"The staff are friendly, but a coffee shop with *zero* seating is such a waste of space. It might as well be a kiosk."
"I came here in the afternoon. It is possibly the least expensive coffee shop around Harvard square and conveniently located across from the T stop. There is no seating. The flow of the line from order to pickup is okay. The milk foam of the lattes is not particularly stable, resulting in more of a soap bubble than a foam texture. It’s a pretty space."
"They are way quicker than the old store - my mobile order is always ready when i come to pick it up. The two downsides are that there is no seating and they keep the straws and lids way behind the counter, so you have to flag down an employee to get you one…which sort of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to get in and out quickly."
