"The online orders are always messed up, they don’t pay attention to what they’re doing and handle the drink without toppings and when there is a lack of whatever they don’t let you know, just handle the drink as if everything you asked for is in there, seriously need to improve that, happened not once not twice, several times! I mean i’m paying a good amount, to at least get what I’ve ordered"

"The baristas here are incredibly nice, and drinks come out consistent. I visited during a large event, and the staff was incredibly busy, and they were still very polite to customers and worked as fast as they could to get orders ready."

"We went as a small group on a Monday evening, and only one person was working behind the counter, meaning that he took and prepared an order before taking the next. Despite one person doing both jobs, I was still impressed with the service speed. We went to sit down, but there's not much seating space, especially when employees take their breaks out front. We finally took our seats and sipped while we studied until we got plentiful and persistent reminders that the store was closing in 15, 10, and 5 minutes. There was also an interesting system at the door that blew cold air each time a person walked in. The drink itself was standard Starbucks."
